Dedicated to the simple pursuit of cycle-touring and sociable
cycling activities, on and off-road, in the pleasant countryside
of. Dumfries and Galloway. Until 2003 we
were an independent club affiliated to the CTC.
We are now a CTC Local Members Group
If you need cycle-touring advice, we can provide that to you
or contact Dumfries
& Galloway Tourist Board.
We also have an interest in Campaigning, locally and through
contacts with other campaigning groups such as Spokes
and Dumfries Cycle Campaign.
Although the CTC annual funding for small groups, such as ours, has now been raised this is still only around about half the annual running costs of the Member Group (mostly printing and postage, and AGM costs). At the 2010 AGM, following a member survey, we decided to institute a £5 voluntary local sub from members.

Memorial Ride 100 miles - Saturday 9th July 2011
Thank you for making this a successful
outing 2011. Although there were fewer cyclists this year,
5 of us did the full distance. So thank
you to this year's ride leader Ted Norfolk for agreeing.
